2 tbsps black olives
1 tsp capers
0.5 cups cherry tomatoes
0.5 tsps stoneground mustard
1 tsp dried basil leaves
2 oz feta
0.5 tsps garlic
6 oz marinated artichokes
3 oz pure olive oil
0.5 tsps onion salt
2 cups noodles
0.5 tsps ground pepper
2 oz pepperoni sausage
3 tbsps red onions
2 tbsps red wine vinegar
0.5 tsps white salt
1 tbsp sundried tomatoes
0.33 cups yellow bell pepper
1 cup courgette

Cooking instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to directions to al dente.
  2. Drain. Do not rinse.
  3. Combine all dressing ingredients. I use a mason jar with a lid; seal and shake vigorously to combine.
  4. Combine vegetables; onion, zucchini, pepper, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, capers, olives, sun-dried tomatoes and feta with pasta.
  5. Pour dressing over and toss gently.
