1 cup carrots
1 cup chilies
2 tbsps fresh coriander
0.25 cups spring onion
3 cups kale
2 cups pineapples
1 cup quinoa
1 cup purple cabbage
1 cup red bell pepper
1 tbsp sesame seed
1 lb shredded cooked chicken
1.75 cups purified water

Cooking instructions

  1. Bring the water and quinoa to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer, covered, until the quinoa is tender and has absorbed the water, about 15-20 minutes, remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes, covered, before letting cool.
  2. Meanwhile, assemble salad with the ingredients and enjoy!
