You can replace food: If there is food in the recipe that you do not want to eat or is not available at the moment, you can replace it.
0.25 cups almond drink
0.5 tsps garlic powder
3 servings hemp hearts
1 pinch ground nutmeg
0.5 cups nutritional yeast flakes
1 cup quinoa
0.5 tsps seasalt
0.25 tsps smoked paprika
3 cups spinach leaves
2 cups purified water
Add quinoa and water to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil then cover and reduce to simmer for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add spinach to the pot, recover and continue to cook for another 3 - 5 minutes.
Remove quinoa from the stove and stir in spinach.
Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Serve immediately or store in sealed glass containers in the fridge for 3 - 5 days.
